This is the Bargain Hunter’s RV Show!

Yes, the Bargain Hunter’s Paradise is back! We used to call this the RV Year-End Show but now it’s called the Fall Motor Home & Trailer Show.

What is an RV?

An RV, or recreation vehicle, is any conveyance that runs on rubber tires and provides sleeping accommodations. It can be self-propelled, like a motorhome, or it can be a trailer that is towed by another vehicle. It usually provides washroom facilities as well as basic facilities for cooking. A recreation vehicle can be set up in an RV resort or moved to a permanent site.

This show is all about low, low bargain prices and selection!

This is the one RV show to mark on your calendar if you want the best products the industry has to offer, the lowest pricing, and an unbelievable selection (only the Spring Motor Home & Trailer Show has more). If you believe in bargains, this is the RV show you can’t miss.

Isn’t this show really three shows in one?

Yes, it really is three shows in one: the Trailer Show, for RV’s you tow behind your car or truck; the Motor Home Show, for RV’s that you drive yourself; and the Cottage RV Show, for RV’s that are the ideal relocateable cottage substitute.

Dual-Axle Travel Trailer
Exactly why is this show called the Bargain Hunter’s Paradise?

As you may know, this is the only show that will have on display, for the first time, the brand new 2009 models. And all at low, Bargain Hunter pricing with free storage until Spring! Can't wait until next year to see the exciting new 2009 recreation vehicles -- the new 2009 trailers, the new 2009 motor homes and Cottage RV's? The Fall Motor Home & Trailer Show is the only place for a first glimpse of the new 2009 RV's - all under one roof.

This show also has the greatest selection of past model RV’s - not used, not ever licensed, not demos, not rental models. These are brand-new past models and they’re an even bigger bargain with even bigger savings.

Third, this show has RV’s for sale that have been traded in. In fact, many of them are not even one year old - they’ve hardly been used! Remember your neighbour who bought his dream trailer last year (without first checking them out and getting advice at an RV show) only to find out that he should have bought one with a king size bed instead of twin beds? Just imagine the dollars you could save if you liked his almost brand new twin bed model. There are all kinds of bargain opportunities like that at this show! And many of them still have some of the factory warranty left on them. Examine these units carefully - even an expert would be hard-pressed to say that they have been used. You friends will probably think it’s new and consider you one of the sharpest bargain hunters around if - you decide to let them in on what you paid for it.

RV Resort Living - it’s the affordable alternative to an overpriced cottage!

The RV resort living units, or Park models, are just too big for a dealer to bring an entire selection to the show. You’ll find these - new and used - on their large exhibit photo boards, in a separate photo album that you can browse at your leisure, or part of a multi-media presentation on a laptop computer.

If ‘the cottage life’ is just a dream - and paying $200,000 for a ‘fixer-upper’ is out of the question - you owe it to yourself and your family to check out the park models and RV Resort Living at this show. Yes, you CAN afford to have a ‘cottage RV’ in Ontario and there are over 100,000 sites to choose from in the province. Almost all of the RV Resort models can be easily relocated so if you don’t like the view or your new neighbours, you can move your park model to another site in the same resort - or to one thousands of miles away! You can’t do that with a cottage! If you want to reserve a space, you could do it right now: just visit their website at www.OntarioParks.com.

Leisure Homes - the affordable cottage,
ski chalet, or efficient retirement dwelling
Get all the answers about RV’s - from trained factory reps!

The major recreation vehicle manufacturers participating in this show allow only their best dealers to man their exhibits; in fact, it's considered an honor for a dealer to be chosen as an "exclusive exhibitor" at this show. The benefit of this to the consumer is the high quality of staff they will meet in each exhibit and knowing that a factory representative is almost always on duty. Every exhibit is staffed by factory-selected sales professionals, experts who will know the new 2007 RV's inside out, who can answer questions about every recreation vehicle made, from folding trailers to motor homes to luxury highway coaches. This is the premiere show of the year for people who are actually shopping for a recreation vehicle.

Unbelievable selection and industry support: sales, leasing, financing, insurance.

Check out the "Products" page on this web site for all the brands that could be on display. At last count, there were over 160 brands of trailers, motor homes, and resort living RV’s. As you get closer to making a recreation vehicle buying decision, you can meet with insurance brokers and major banks at the show so you can check out the other costs of RV ownership - all without leaving the show. BMO Bank of Montreal (www4.bmo.com) has been a valued participant in this show continuously for the past 30 years. These are the people you want to talk to when you have questions about financing a recreation vehicle. For RV insurance, the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business are On The Road Again Insurance Ltd. You can find out more about their services and unique ‘Pay-As-You-Go policies by calling toll-free: 1-800-766-8662.

Class C Motorhome w/slide-out
Where’s the show? At the giant International Centre - near the airport.

This show has two entrances: one marked "East # 4" and one marked "West #1". There are over 6,000 free parking spaces located between them so you never have too far to walk to an entrance. There are also no stairs to climb at this show because the display area is all on one level (street level) so it is completely wheel chair friendly. All entrances are wheel chair accessible and there is even a limited number of wheel chairs available on a "first-come" basis at the West entrance. Ask the show staff for details.

Hungry? There are 4 specific food areas, stand up or cafeteria style, that serve everything from light snacks and refreshments to full-course meals.

Where can I take a recreation vehicle?

Did you know that in Ontario there are over 100,000 beautiful sites, ranging from "basic and rugged" to "luxurious", to park your RV? Did you also know that we, the people of Ontario, own over 42,000 of them and that they're actually located in the 280 Provincial Parks scattered all over Ontario just waiting for us? Want to escape the rat race altogether? Wherever there is a destination connected by a road, your recreational vehicle can take you there.

Who should consider an RV? Why, you of course!

Whether you're a back packer or camper ready for an upgrade, or a young married couple looking for a quality holiday that's not only affordable but also expandable to accommodate a future family, there's a recreation vehicle on display at the Fall Motor Home and Trailer Show that will be just right for you. Are you retired or almost retired? If you've ever had a dream to travel and see North America, or envied the people that went to a resort, an RV will fill the most demanding dream. If you've ever had to put up with a bad neighbor, or wished you could change the view out of your picture window, those problems no longer exist with the recreation vehicles we call "Resort Living RV’s". Come and see for yourself all the advantages of these affordable substitutes for overpriced cottages or ski chalets.

Decisions, decisions: see everything at one show, or visit a dozen dealers over several weeks?

You'll probably be very surprised to see the huge selection of recreation vehicles that are on display at the Fall Motor Home and Trailer Show - most people coming for the first time are! As you tour the show, you slowly realize what the "RV Leisure Lifestyle" is all about and it could explain why many first timers come back again and again. Every hour you spend at this show probably equals one week of driving around from one RV lot to another. This show simply has more, as well as a greater variety, of recreation vehicles on display than any dealer could ever hope to show you. One might even say that the Fall Motor Home & Trailer Show is really the logical "one-stop shopping trip" if you want to see all the products that make possible the luxurious "RV Resort Living Lifestyle".
