This is the correct procedure for inquiring about becoming an exhibitor at the annual recreational vehicle show at the International Centre.

1. The correct name of the show is "The Motor Home & Trailer Show" and it runs at the end of February.

2. Exact show dates, show hours, ticket prices (when announced), etc. may be obtained:

3. Due to the great number of such requests received, the following procedure must be followed exactly to inquire about the availability of exhibitor floor space or booth space in either show:

a) Write up a short description of your space requirements, stating which show you are inquiring about and what kind of product you represent.

b) Make sure that your inquiry is dated and includes a means of contacting you - telephone number, fax number, email address, mailing address, etc. (No email inquiries for space will be accepted.)

c) Fax your dated inquiry to (416) 244-5995, Att.:  Mr. Laurence W. Donnell

d) Only products and services DIRECTLY related to recreation vehicles will be considered for floor or booth space.

4. Requests for exhibitor lists, floor plans, etc. cannot be accepted.
